Course Details

The bullying and harassment courses have been developed by e3learning in conjunction with EMA Consulting, a leading industrial relations consulting firm. The courses have been tailored into two versions that cater for employees and for managers/supervisors.

Interactive case studies, workplace simulations and animations throughout the courses develop and reinforce participants understanding of bullying and harassment. These courses also immerse learners in a simulated workplace for a highly effective and engaging learning experience.

Target audience
The course has been designed to provide training for all general staff.

Managers and Supervisors

In addition to the core topics covered in the employee course, the manager and supervisor course covers:

  • Vicarious liability in relation to EEO and discrimination
  • Developing EEO and discrimination policy and procedures
  • Providing training in EEO and discrimination

55 Minutes

Target audience
The course has been designed to provide training for all staff in supervisory roles.
