Red Cross Courses

Perform CPR Available Now 90 minutes

This course is for individuals wishing to be accredited for Australian Quality Training Framework competency HLTCPR201A - Perform CPR. It has been designed to provide you with an understanding of emergency procedures and theoretical knowledge about performing CPR.

Subsequent to successful completion of the online component, a short Practical Assessment can be booked at a Red Cross location where the student's skills can be demonstrated with a Red Cross Trainer.

Senior First Aid - Workplace Level 2 Available Now 180 minutes

This course teaches the fundamental principles, knowledge and skills to enable the first aider to provide emergency care for injuries and illnesses, in the home or the workplace. The course content is completed online, in the students own time, place, and at their own pace. Subsequent to successful completion of the online component, a Practical Assessment can be booked at a Red Cross location where the student's skills can be demonstrated with a Red Cross Trainer.

This course is fully accredited, and nationally recognised, and there are no prerequisites for this course. On successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency from the Health Training Package, HLTFA301B - Apply First Aid.

The assessment for this course will be in the form of two online multiple choice quizzes and an onsite competency assessment that can be conducted at one of the many Red Cross metro and rural training locations.

Manual Handling for Employees and Managers Available Now 30-45 minutes

These courses, developed by e3learning in conjunction with WorkCover Corporation, provide the knowledge and understanding required to reduce the risk and associated cost of manual handling injuries. Courses have been made for both employees and managers/supervisors.

Duty of Care Available Now 20 minutes

The duty of care course provides a theoretical and practical knowledge required to meet duty of care in the workplace.

Working Safely with Electricity Available Now 30 minutes

This course will develop your understanding of electrical hazards, and provide you with ways of working safely with electricity.

Hazardous Substances Available Now 30-40 minutes

e3learning, in conjunction with Workcover Corporation, have developed a series of courses covering hazardous substance use in the workplace.

Hazard Management Available Now 80 minutes

The hazard management course has been developed in conjunction with WorkCover Corporation to provide managers and supervisors with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to effectively manage hazards in the workplace.

Incident Investigation Available Now 45 minutes

The incident investigation course has been developed in conjunction with WorkCover Corporation to provide participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge required to carry out incident investigations in the workplace.

Workplace Emergency Response – The General Occupant Training Available Now 50 minutes

e3learning has partnered with Chubb, a leading fire and safety solution provider, to develop a course on emergency procedures for general building occupants.

Fire Warden Available Now 50 minutes
